Response times
We aim to respond to all support enquiries within 24 hours during UK business days (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). For genuine emergencies — a freezer down and risk to stock — flag it clearly in the subject line and we'll prioritise.
Account & billing
Email us with questions about your subscription, invoicing, or adding/removing users. Owners can also self-serve user management from the dashboard's customer settings page (where available).
Sensor issues
If a sensor's reading wrong, going offline, or running through batteries faster than expected — include your business name and the sensor's friendly name (or MAC address) in your email. The dashboard's admin view shows recent diagnostics that help us debug remotely.
Dashboard help
Need a walk-through of the dashboard, alert acknowledgement, or threshold tuning? Drop us a note and we'll either point you at the right setting or jump on a quick call.
Reports & compliance
Weekly compliance reports land in your inbox every Sunday morning. If a report didn't arrive, the format needs adjusting for your audit purposes, or you need a custom date range — let us know.
Listener Wi-Fi trouble
If a Doobles listener is offline or showing weak signal in the dashboard, check its mains plug and Wi-Fi first. Persistent issues — we can ship a replacement listener overnight.
